Reached out to me via email. Asked if I was still interested in a job. Sent over some questions via PDF document with normal behavioral type questions on it such as how to deal with someone more senior than you telling you to change the way you do something and how you respond.

Have you ever identified a potential problem and proactively implemented a software solution?
It was 1 phone interview and followed by onsite interview. There was presentation of previous work and question form a panel.The hiring manger was really great and interviewr were very friendly.

overall it is very good they asked some behaviour questions and then leave lots of time for me to ask questions. i did not get the offer due to the lack of experience
