Interview
All on zoom with 4 people. None of them smiling. Very awkward. One guy trying to zoom in on my background. They were all instructors and seemed very annoyed to be there and asked questions that had nothing to do with the position.
Panel interview, questions about your experience, given "what would you do if" scenario questions to determine if you can prioritize your duties correctly, company benefits briefly explained, signed background check authorization
Met with two principals and discussed job and qualifications. Very professional and friendly.
Discussed special circumstances and duties. Very informative and encouraging. Displayed understanding of my unique circumstances and offered to assist.
