It was a 3 person panel interview via an online platform. There was a series of questions from each panel member. The interview took about 60minutes. The questions were fair, reasonable and related to the role. It was clear they were not expecting rehearsed answers and were genuinely fine with you feeling your way through the questions to find genuine responses.
