      I interviewed at AC3 (Melbourne)

      Interview

2hrs and 15 mins of interviews - 3 rounds of interviews. The first was an hour panel interview mostly consisting of technical questions and how I’d fit in the team. The second was a 30 minute conversation about the company. The final was with the manager of the particular contract with the organisation I’d be walking in. The first two interviews were fine, mix of easy technical questions and ITIL, plus a “this is what the culture is”. The third with the manager - 45 minutes - he wanted to know what I’d do if a better offer came along amongst other things. As the role was “moving quickly”, I was advised I’d hear back within the week. I’ve had no contact with the organisation since - not even a “thanks for interviewing with us” email.

This review must be for a different employer. I would suggest a a redirect. This page is for AC3(Australian Centre For Advanced Computing And Communication Pty Ltd), an Australian ICT company.
