You go into the office and fill out the application inside the office. You can not take it with you.Then they look it over and if they like your qualifications they will set you up with a background criminal finger print appointment.

I had no interview. I just filled out the application and then they showed me a movie and sent me to my first school
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ABM Industries (Abingdon, MD) in Feb 2025
Interview
Simple interview process that didn't take long. The questions were related to experience and reliability. I had a selection of places to choose from and I chose one that was close to me.
It was very casual, 1 on 1 interview in an office area. Another manager was bought in to ask further question later in the interview so then it was 2 manager then me

Q: What is your relevant experience for this position
There was no interview process. It took two hours for her to get me in the system and she talked down to me right from the start. She was not trained at all how to input anything into the computer and the overall experience was frustrating.
