Over the phone interview screen and then easy set up for training.Was asked basic questions over the phone. I got hired on the spot after filling out an easy application. Training was set up for me for one day in the main office. Friendly staff. We were issued our uniform shirt and given our schedule

Went in. got a call a few days after applied. Met with one of the hiring managers. She was very good at asking the right questions. But, I was better at answering them. Overall, the interview went like the norm, behavior questions and then some about my background of the cleaning industry.

You have to r a collard shirt with with black pants for the interview which happens in a room of people. Where you are given papers to fill out. The next step is you get fingerprinted and if yo pass you come back and got and get your badge.
