Interview
Typical local business type interview. Branch manager called me within a couple of days after I applied online. The interview was very straight forward. Nothing too wild for questions and not super structured. Just a relaxed, “what’s your experience” type conversation. Offered me the job on the spot. I said I’d like a couple of days to think it over. I called later and accepted the offer. I then went in to get the paperwork going. There is a drug test.

Very weird interview process, had a one on one that went great. I was given a verbal offer, attempted to negotiate salary unsuccessfully and asked that the offer be sent in an email so I could review it. Never heard from anyone again. Followed up a few days later saying I never saw it come in, was told he never got around to it, but would send it over shortly. This was the last I heard from anyone at ABC.
