It was an in-person interview. I quickly lost interest in the position due to the way I was treated during the interview. One of the first things out of my interviewer's mouth was that he just wanted to see who would show up. Considering every interview was a risk to myself and my family if the place wasn't safe enough, this was a pretty horrible thing to hear. I can't say much on their interview process as it became clear he wasn't interested in hiring me either, even before I spoke. He made a big show of how a high school kid wouldn't be able to do that job anymore. (Disclaimer: I haven't been in high school for several years. I'm not sure why he felt the need to emphasize it like I was.) He asked me one question, took one question from me, and then dismissed me.
