Recruiter phone screen, then interview with hiring manager and a team member. I received the offer, but it was a part-time role with no set hours and unlivable wages. Now, when I try and apply for full-time roles that I am absolutely qualified for, they blacklist me and reject me automatically. Shame on WLS/ABC 7 Chicago!

The interview process was pretty formal. I got the interview via recruitment agency and I prepared for around 1 week for the interview. The interview was for a marketing position. Marketing is a very good field. it makes you think about human behavior. Human behavior is all about psychology. And psychology is all about How our brain and mind works.
