One phone screening, followed by a second interview.
It was basic questioning about who I am and my professional experience. Lots of opportunity to ask about their program and how it catered to my interests.
Great process with constant feedback from the organization. I recommend applying to the job if you're interested in international legal issues and human right problems in different parts of the world.
