      Recruiter Interview

      Jul 16, 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at AARP

      Interview

The recruiter cold called me at 8:10 pm on a Thursday and seemed shocked that I didn't want to speak while I was sitting down for dinner. While I wanted to speak further about the opportunity, this conduct for me was not how a recruiter should function in a large organization, and left a bad taste in my mouth.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They asked to speak late, but then planned on scheduling time for immediately that morning.
