      I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at AARP (Washington, DC) in Mar 2018

      Interview

      I applied in mid-february, and didn't hear back until end of February. When I did hear back, the HR specialist sent me 3 confusing emails, separately, which were littered with typos and grammatical errors. After my response to the HR specialist, I didn't hear back for 2 weeks. When I did hear back, he tried to schedule a phone screening with me with less than 24 hours notice. I proceed to agree to the screening and he finally called me about 20 minutes later than we agreed to. We actually had a great conversation, and he proceeded to coordinate a phone interview between the hiring manager and myself. The hiring manager never called me the day we scheduled, and nobody sent an email to follow-up regarding what happened. I emailed the HR specialist twice regarding this, and after a week, we finally rescheduled the phone interview. The second time was just like the first -in that no one called. This, combined with the sloppiness of the HR specialist, led me to rescind my application. I
