Phone Interview then one on one with video with regional manager. You do have to keep calling HR to make sure the communication was met. other than that it is a very easy process.

Interview
The interviewer was rude. During the interview she never smiled once and kept making stink faces when you made a question wrong. I wouldn't recommend applying at this company because I can tell they don't treat their employees well.

Interview
First was a phone interview with a hr corporate member. Second was an in person group panel with three hr members at the corporate office. After passing this interview I was asked to take a math and personality test. Following the test, I was called for the final interview at the branch location with the branch manager and regional manager. Whole process took about two weeks.
