very straightforward but second interview included one associate who was very disinterested in the process. They took an extremely long time to get back for final decisions despite being very quick between the first and second round, probably to keep you from picking another job and keep you on the hook.

Met with one current legal assistant who asked casual questions to get a sense of my work ethic and expectations for the job, which section I was interested in, etc.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at A&O Shearman (Jakarta) in Feb 2016
Interview
They will ask you to answer the questions and submit it by email at their place. After you completed the test, u will face the HR interview in the other meeting room. The Interviewer is very friendly and the questions will be about your personality.
