Interview
I ended up asking most of the questions to my potential boss. Our interview lasted nearly three hours and most of the conversation was about family, sports, hobbies and the like. The owner got a better feel for me and who I am by just talking about other things rather than work. We had the interview over dinner which was a nice chance compared to the usual office atmosphere.
