Interview
I had an easy phone conversation where they asked me why I wanted to be a teacher, why I would be a good fit for the company, and what my teaching experience was. The process was very laid back and I also had an option of Skyping instead of calling.
The interview was very straightforward and not difficult. They asked about my teaching experience and motivations. I had the option of a phone or skype call and then had to teach a sample lesson. The lesson was 30 minutes and was recorded and sent back to 9iChat for them to review.
