I was contacted by a recruiter and put forward for the role. I attended an in-person interview, and the overall process felt disorganised and poorly executed. The interview panel consisted of three male interviewers, and the lack of diversity was noticeable. The panel appeared disinterested and inexperienced, with two of the three contributing very little throughout the interview. As a result, the meeting felt awkward, unstructured, and not particularly professional. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up communication or feedback afterwards, which only added to the poor overall impression.
