1. Initial contact via email with VP of Engineering
2. Panel interview with 4 team members to discuss technical background
3. Take-home project designed to catch and display harmful language in a given text input.
4. Same panel participants to discuss take-home project—discussing trade-offs taken, limitations encountered.
5. Culture-fit interview with members outside of engineering.

Question 1
During take-home project discussion, be prepared to effectively communicate your thought process for doing (or not doing) things, trade-offs you had to make and why, as well as any limitations.
Additionally, be prepared to think about this project in a production-based environment and how that might affect those limitations and trade-offs.
