It was extremely smooth, the recruiter was timely in getting back to me with next steps and a clear outline of who I was going to interview with. It was 3 parts - 1) initial telephone 2) 1-hour interview with hiring manager 3) interview with future peer 4) panel presentation and 5) final round with VP
