Had a few rounds of interviews that were about 30 minutes each in length. There was great conversation with the interviewers and them wanting to get to know me and my background.

Question 1
Why do you think you will be a good fit for this role?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 6AM City in Jan 2022
Interview
Do not apply to work for these people. They'll ask you to pitch them a bunch of articles during the interview; they won't give you the job, but they'll happily use your pitches! They took copious notes during my interview, because I went above and beyond and went so far as to outline article ideas. I got my rejection email the exact same day that an article I outlined for them got published.
They clearly are incapable of coming up with their own content, because they send emails to newsletter members asking them to contribute ideas, for free, obviously.

Question 1
Can you give us pitch ideas we can take, then write the article ourselves, give you no credit, and not hire you?
Pre-interviewing with people, you do a virtual video introduction where you answer multiple questions (one take for each question, takes about an hour), then that can be followed by more interviews and writing assessment.
