Interview
The process begins with two news article translations, followed by a face-to-face interview with two co-founders. You’ll be asked about your previous experience and how it qualifies you for the role (in a not-so-friendly way). After giving you the offer, they would state that there is no overtime compensation; you’re expected to be in the office by 9 a.m. regardless of what time you finished the previous night. Also, you may be a requirement to work every other Saturday.

Relatively simple. Will give offer immediately if they are interested.
The case study is to check your chinese + english language skills.
They asked to do a 30-minute Chinese-English translation. The interviewer will humiliate you, shame on academic qualifications, lower the pay offer, and be very disrespectful. This is a trash company.
