I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 3Strands Global Foundation (Sacramento, CA) in Mar 2018

Interview

It is basically a couple of rounds with the staff and then the executives. They also did a brief screen by phone. The questions are not difficult and seem to be split between the job and the company culture.
