I had applied online - 1st round with a product manager - 2nd round was with the CEO but another product managed showed up and chief data officer too jumped in. - during 2nd round the questions were a bit problem towards what they possibly were facing with some of their client ? - They wanted me to give suggestion and and prepared PRD's (approach document) for those ideas as a test. - They insisted that with PRD's to these ideas, they wont give me final round with the CEO. - Gave the PRD's (approach document) to them after a week, within 12 hours they sent an "pre-templetized" rejection email - No feedback, nothing else was provided, - A bit tricky and shady process, felt like they were crowd sourcing ideas & approach document to various problem statements which their clients had given them.
