      Forestry Business Analyst Interview

      Jun 13, 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Richmond, BC
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at 3LOG Systems (Richmond, BC) in Jan 2011

      Interview

I emailed HR with a cover letter and resume stating my interesting in becoming a forestry business analyst. A few days later I got an email back from the boss and I called him back. There was a phone interview right a way, and then we scheduled a time to have a face to face interview. I did a test that consisted of 10 questions to test how my logical thinking was like and then a prescreening meeting was done. Afterwards there was a 2nd interview within a few days I believe and that was when a panel interview with another project manager took place. That was also the interview that they finalized and made an offer. People are nice, helpful, and quick at finishing their job in the work place. It does get a bit quiet at times since the company culture does not have too much talking. Everyone is focused on getting the job done. (Which is a good thing)
