      Talent Acquisition Manager Interview

      Mar 17, 2020
      Anonymous employee
      Birmingham, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at 383 (Birmingham, England) in Nov 2019

      Interview

Initial screening call with the Operations Director this was around 30 minutes and I was asked questions about my experience to date, why I was interested in the role and 383 and salary requirements/ notice period. When I was successful at this stage I was moved to an onsite interview which involved a presentation. I was set a task to answer with three sections, around how I would deliver on the role requirements, about my passions / hobbies and what charity I would like my employer to help me support and what resources I would pull on to deliver value to this charity. After that I was then given a more in depth interview which they call top grading, this is well studied and tested method of asking repetitive questions around previous experience, these were easy to answer and I didn't feel they were 'trick' questions. Once I was successful at this stage I then came to the final hurdle the Meet founder the founder stage. This was a lot more relaxed than I was expecting and gave me a real insight into the founders passion for his organisation and in particular it's benefits and culture to ensure employee satisfaction.
