Interview
Applied online and received an email a few days later about coming in for an interview. Shortly after I received another email asking me to interview for two separate teams. The interviews were both fairly brief. They asked about my experiences, why media, etc. I was offered the job the next day.

Asked about experience, leadership qualities, etc.
1. Phone call with HR. 2. Met with three people for 30 minutes each that were all in different positions. Everyone was very friendly and the interviews went very smoothly.

Interview
Interviewing at 360i was an all around great experience with friendly people and professional (yet fun) communication. Most, if not all, people I talked to treated it more like a conversation than an interview. People seemed genuinely interested in working with me as a person and that was refreshing. I do wish I had more of a tour of the office but that did not affect my experience negatively.
