You arrive at the teacher's residence a the night before your interview. You get to stay with the teachers and really get a feel what for what life will be like if you work there next year. The next day your host takes you to the school, and you spend the first half of the day shadowing classes and talking to teachers and students. You eat lunch with the kids, and go to recess. Then it's time for your interview with the President of the school. Very standard interview questions. Sometimes the Principal is there and she will ask you "tell me about a time that you failed". When the interview is over, you have the option to hang around for the rest of the day, or if you need to leave, you may do so.
