i was initially contacted by a recruiter who submitted me to HGA. I did not hear anything for a while, but that is to be expected sometimes in this business. Then I was asked to come in for an interview. Initially I was introduced to another Electrical Designer who interviewed me and two Electrical Engineers. I did not meet the Electrical Engineering Manager until they asked me back for a second interview. The interview went very smoothly, the two Engineers that I met with both spoke very highly of me to their boss and I think that along with my experience got me the job.
