Interview
3 level plus 1 assessment for the interview. It was not too difficult but they are looking for someone who have the knowledge to tackle any obstacles and roadblocks that are usually faced in the digital marketing platforms. It is not too bad if you don't know much about B2B field, but it would be best if you are equipped with knowledge on optimizations and setups.
Screening, initial interview, exam, final interview with heads. Exam is related to the role and possible discussed with the final interview to properly gauge the familiarity of the applicant to the role. The heads flew all the way from KL for the interview session.

Interview
The entire process began with a recruiter's call, followed by an assessment, and ultimately, an interview with the hiring managers and HR. The interview questions didn't touch on the assessment; instead, they focused on inquiries related to the role. The majority of the questions centered around optimizing digital campaigns. The assessment consisted of a case study involving 2 Excel sheets, which felt disorganized. Also, the recruiter could have been more professional by double-checking details like addressing messages to the correct recipient; I received a message intended for a different candidate.
