Simple interview, just dress appropriately and be prepared. They asked pretty standard interview questions, so if you just practice those then it should not be an issue. I had 3 sit in on my interview which I thought was strange.

Pretty easy sit down with the manager. More like a chat than an interview. Wasn’t intimidated at all. It was obvious that there had to be some interest in fitness.

They asked general questions. Was very quick and direct with the interview process. Asked to know about my career background. Wanted to know why do I think I will be a great fit.

Called by phone 2 days after I walked in to speak to a manager about my submitted application. Spoke with the front desk manager on the phone for a few minutes about my experience and interest in the role. Went in 1 week later for in person interview with club manager and was notified the next day that I was offered the position.
