Interview
Great and not stressful interview, around 1 hour. It was nice to understand that the HR is interested to hire someone not only for their hard skills. But soft skills are meaningful as well.

What I can offer to the customer, except the main thing, that he/she is buying right now? For example, refrigerator. And I can offer something else. What exactly it will be?
