I felt as if they didn't even look at my resume. Really superficial questions then they explained their business model and repeating how much money I could make if I work hard since what you get paid is initially based on commission--even though it's a marketing company.
Throughout the entire process, I felt as if I was being sold something where I was more interviewing them to get a better idea of what exactly they do and how they do it. The employees haven't worked there long, even the branch manager stated he only worked for the company for two years--10 months in Cleveland, and somehow lived and worked in a few other locations within the first year--This could very well be true.
The employees I interacted with were all very nice , personable and seemingly impressionable individuals. I hope no one is being taken advantage of at this company as a scheme. It's built around the policy to build yourself, which if it's legitimate would be great. I feel like these positions are more for young professionals just starting off in which case perhaps its worth the time, but for established individuals perhaps not.
