It was mostly a one-on-one interview with the laboratory director. We sat down together and went through my resume followed by questions. Later on, the supervisor came in and sat through for a bit, asking her own set of questions. Soon she left and it was just me and the laboratory director again. After a week, I went back in for a working interview where I got a lab tour, did basic pipette documentation, and helped weigh out samples for moisture testing. This was about 2 hours long.
