1st Phorm interview questions

First you will do a phone interview and if they liked you they will have you do a second interview in person to decide if you’re a good fit for the role.

First, they got my times wrong on their end and I wound up in a group interview with another guy. We were interviewed in the back of the warehouse where music was constantly blaring overhead to where you could barely hear what you were being asked. The interviewers were putting on a tough-guy affront the entire time like we should be kissing their feet for the chance to be present. Not to mention the umbrella test.
