The interview process was fairly simple. I was offered a zoom interview, and it went smoothly. The Regional Manager who interviewed me was interesting in knowing more and we had an additional interview the next day. I currently live in Colorado, and was planning on relocating to Louisiana. I was asked to fly down for a final interview. They flew me down and spent all day with me showing me their properties, and driving me to Baton Rouge to view one of their properties that was in desperate need of a manager. Flew back home and a couple of days later I had an offer in hand. I accepted the offer, and submitted to their drug screen and background check. Three days later I was told that the background check was taking too long and they were rescinding the job offer. (Despite the fact that background checks can take up to two weeks for a variety of reasons.) Not the best business practice.
