I got call after submitting application online after few questions got asked to come in Interview took place at the store interview lasted about 30 minutes after which time I was offered the position and filled out paperwork same day and training started the next day

Met the Loss Prevention manager Kim Salgado at the Menards located in Des Moines, Iowa. The interview process was quick and straight to the point, I would say it took no longer than 20 Minutes and I was offered a job right on the spot.
