Initially I applied for another opening but the recruiter referred me to this job. After the call with recruiter, an interview with the line manager was arranged. The interview was around 30 minutes.

Applied online through their website after finding them on crunchbase due to their seed financing. Process in total took around 2 weeks, interviewed in person with the VP finance week after I applied.
Interview was around 45mins - 1 hour; started off combing through some background experience and future plans. Second part of the interview was more behavioural and very personable.
Interview stood out from other interviews I've been a part of as the rapport built felt a lot more personable. The discussions felt harmonious as fit was the at the center of both parties priority list.

What industries do you have experience in/what type of clients did you work on previously?
Do you have experience within the technology industry, specifically SaaS companies and their underlying structure?
Second half of the interview was all behavioural and non-structured discussions assessing fit
