Submitted a CV and cover letter. Emailed to confirm a phone interview with the Director. Even the emails I received showed a total lack of effort or interest. One line, quickly written dismissive responses.
Anyway, during the interview, the director's interviewing style was quite condescending with really a total disinterest or lack of respect. No contact at all after the interview despite following up.
If I were a company thinking of using 1PGR, I would really question how they can hope to get the best talent if they put off candidates through a badly-organised and condescending selection process.
