Everyone has very professional and friendly. The position was explained in full detail. The entire staff did a great job explaining what the culture was like, how the employees opinions are valued and what is expected on a day to day basis.

Interview process extremely indifferent and impersonal. Inexperienced people conducting interview that sounded like a script. Those in charge never took the time to speak with candidate directly. Unreasonable homework assignment with no option to ask questions to those in charge. Questions appeared to be a sign of weakness and inability. No feedback given on pre-assignment after wasting more than 40 free work hours preparing the requested documents. Opinion- company just collecting free work with questionable intent of ever hiring anyone.
