The interview process was ran fantastically well and efficiently by the recruitment team. I felt comfortable on my initial call with Tamsin and got a great first impression here, which I do value greatly moving into a new work environment. It didn't feel overly formal and all of the questions were very fair. The second stage was a video call with Sarah and Tamsin. Again really chatty and they felt actively engaged in what I had to say and showed that they were keen on potentially having me as part of the team. Finally, the in person was a great opportunity to meet several team members and see where I would fit in that. Sam and Rich were great to chat to and made me feel like I would slot right into Tarka. Overall Tamsin worked really hard to make sure that I was clued in and happy throughout each part of the process. All of this combined with the efforts of the team made accepting my role a very easy decision. It was hard to believe that she had only been in the role for a few weeks!
