Pros
- Competitive salary
- Good health plan (includes dental)
- International exposure (some people have transferred to other offices worldwide)
- Work from home 3 days a week
- Culture in the Santiago office is VERY good and collaborative.
Cons
- Some leaders lack structured problem-solving and change management skills, which leads to lots of busy work and the client not implementing our recommendations fast enough (if they even consider our recommendations)
- Some leaders/managers are not experts in the frameworks the company uses to solve client problems, so they expect you to master concepts and frameworks that they don't even understand (you need to learn by yourself, without having any feedback along the way).
- Benefits could be better (minimum legal vacation days, minimum legal paternity leave).
