The majority of the staff was pleasant, including senior level management.

They expect contract employees to show up the same hours as internal staff that are paid salary and have benefits (often times more hours of work were required than internal) without proper compensation.

I was told the company didn't give higher than X% as a rule but as I spoke to other employees, I found that were given those percentages I had asked for. -Pretends they're still a startup to not give fair wages
