      Pros

Great work environment, great people, and great management!

      Cons

Not many opportunities to rise up in seniority or to get a pay raise.

      Good for students

      Pros

Schedule was pretty flexible as I was a student when working at Winners. The assistant managers were the most helpful. I've seen many of the employees start off as sales associates and move up to assistant manager positions.

      Cons

Every time there was a provincial pay raise, I would only get like a 10 cent raise above minimum

      Business outlook

      Pros

I love my coworkers. It’s close to my house, but that has nothing to do with the company. The managers are really nice. I’m not frustrated with the managers. I’m frustrated with how much product we receive with such little staff. The expectations are a little high.

      Cons

Absolute disaster in the warehouse constantly overworked, pushing stuff on you telling you to go faster working in a hot small room, lifting heavy loads and then right after that, you have to receive Winners if you work in the combo store and then take out the garbage and then do the clothing. NO opportunity to get a raise barely anyone to cover your shift the only raise they give you is like $0.60 a year which is pathetic. The raises there are not performance based everyone gets the same pay. I can’t wait to find a new job
