      Business outlook

      Pros

The interview was fairly easy, the questions were just read off of a paper. Good communication regarding the hiring process The pay is above minimum wage and you receive a 10% discount.

      Cons

I don’t have any cons yet.

      Business outlook

      Pros

usually good or healthy work environment, most of the toxicity comes from upper management, which you don't have to deal with (most of the time)

      Cons

10% discount only, 20% discount on specific days (one day every 3 months or so), minimum wage is garbage for the amount of work you have to put in

      Amazing Company

      Business outlook

      Pros

Great company structure, they really care about their employees which is hard to find. Flexible and understanding.

      Cons

Some of the managers are not as well versed in ethical behavior and speech, pay could be better.

      Good

      Business outlook

      Pros

      Good team, people are nice

      Cons

Minimum salary and no option for overtime

      Best first job to have

      Sales associate
      Current employee
      Toronto, ON
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

The co-workers, first come first serve items from new shipment everyday, and the work environment.

      Cons

Hours, pay, and opportunity to grow. Not enough hours while they consistently keep hiring more people. Good to stay for at least 1yr and then move on if you want to move up in terms of salary and a better opportunity with better benefits.

      Understaffed and overworked

      Retail sales associate
      Former employee
      East York, ON
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Co-workers are amazing and always help one another

      Cons

Only 2 people staffed per zone which is not enough. There are never enough cashiers so you're being called down to do cash backup even though you are expected to pick up recovery from frontline and keep your dept organized. Your shift is cancelled the day before if the store doesn't meet it's sales goal. There is a lot to learn but the pay is low. New staff is scheduled shifts without having a designated person to properly train you so coworkers have to help when they can even though they have their own depts they're responsible for.

Close to minimal pay for close to maximum workload

      Sales associate
      Current employee
      Ottawa, ON
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Lots of locations across the town

      Cons

Pay is not competitive compared to other similar jobs

      Good people, moderate pay

      Coordinator
      Current employee
      Niagara, ON
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Very good people and very supportive company.

      Cons

Not great pay at this level for amount of responsibility and rising costs of living.

      Not a long-term workplace.

      Sale associate
      Current employee
      New Minas, NS
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

This was an ok place to work while I was in high-school. The 4 hour after-school shift fit with my schedule.

      Cons

-Company policy dictated that I wasn't allowed to get a reference when I left. If you are looking to enter the workforce and gain experience/ bolster your resume, look elsewhere. -Poor pay with minimum opportunity to rise on the pay scale.

      Good managers
