What is the hiring process like at Winners?

The interview was fairly easy, the questions were just read off of a paper. Good communication regarding the hiring process The pay is above minimum wage and you receive a 10% discount.

Honestly, no pros besides it's a job if you need one. If I were talking about old managers, I would praise them because they were great.

Before management changed (store manager), I would say everyone did their job well. I noticed 1-2 years before I left, hiring went down, people don't care to do their job and leave their mess for the next person to clean up. Worked there for a number of years while in college and afterwards. This is once the store manager changed and new people got hired. Got sick and came back 1 month later and alot of manager went to different store or got promoted, the new manager in charge of shift would only give me one shift a week and once even asked to cancel my one shift.

Only get an interview if you know somebody already working there.

- Straight forward tasks - Many departments to work in (fitting room, jewelry, warehouse, sales floor, etc) - Breaks can be taken at different intervals depending on the location (10/15/30/45 mins) - Great benefits for full time associates and part timers get discounts on services (ex: Good Life gym membership) - Amazing on-boarding process and training for new staff

- Too many people and not enough hours - Very hard to book time off - Lack of communication between members of management, which leads to confusion - Lengthy process to change or switch out of the dept. you’re hired in
