Even if an executive’s recommended hire is incompetent (after one month of training and still unable to follow the process), the PH country head has limited authority to terminate them. Employee bonuses from Wing have been reduced. Salary disbursement is often delayed. One executive has a “favorite person” from EA who is now part of upper management; this has contributed to a toxic leadership environment, despite limited knowledge of recruitment. Some executives appear to be primarily driven by financial motivations.

Flexible Work Hours, Remote work options provide flexibility and contribute to better work-life integration. The company offers a competitive salary, recognizing and rewarding employees for their contributions.

Some employees express concerns about the healthcare coverage provided, indicating room for improvement in this aspect.
