      It's a lot of work and the pay scale should be way more than what it is for the amount of money this company makes. It's nonstop and very little break for these associates and they have to hustle. It's aggregious and they need to he compensated better . You become e numb to it . Give them more incentive. They should be making 18/hrs to start.

      You do many different things throughout your shift. Company treats you well for the most part. Overtime usually available.

      Cons

      Trying to juggle cycle counts with running shift usually short staffed. Certain locations have bad clientele. Can be extremely hectic sometimes to the point of exhaustion
