Pros
The people directly surrounding me are extremely knowledgeable, capable, skilled employees.
Cons
Gore needs to stop touting "culture" and "benefits" as one of the reasons why we are paid so unfairly. I have been attempting to have my roles salary reconsidered for the last year and haven't been successful, every attempt I make gets shut down or put on hold. The culture is disappearing more and more with every external "process improvement" employee we hire, and no matter how great people may claim the culture is or used to be, the "culture" cannot make up for the five figure deficit in my pay. The "culture" will not pay my bills, nor will ASOP, or any of the other "benefits" that we're forced to have that higher ups use to justify our comparatively low salaries. Even though everyone continuously thanks me for how much work I do, even though I always rank high on C&Cs, conveniently enough there's "not enough in the budget" to even give me a raise that keeps up with inflation, meaning I'm effectively being paid less every single year that goes by even though inflation is at an all time high. On top of this, I have been doing the job of three people for two years now, continuously being told that "help is on the way!" and "we're working on getting you help". I have even spoken with global leaders regarding this issue, who said they would work immediately to have this help secured, only to be met with nothing. Associates can only take so much of this overpromising and underdelivering, and it's going to lead to a drastic loss of talent, and ultimately, the demise of Gore. This is not even taking the massive layoffs into account, but I'm sure you can read enough about that in other reviews. Serious changes in the way things are being handled need to be made.
