Lack of growth within the company; no education incentives to further your education. Accountability and integrity between departments could be better when it comes to sales, mainly with the overseas teams scalping sales from the American team.

Toxic and I mean toxic sales culture, always trying to bleed a turnip ever-changing policies to "optimize performance" Always feels like you're never good enough and you won't have a job for long

Vivint is one of the best companies that helps you feel accomplished and taken care of. Minimal stress levels and you get to work from home too. You have the options to make extra money through upsell efforts through several avenues. They also are VERY open to helping you move to where you want to be at in the company.

Pay could be better but it's not bad for starting out.
