Things tend to roll downhill where those in production seats bear the brunt of the expectations, and upper level leadership is not always held accountable. Disorganized when it comes to change management.

UMA strives to be a welcoming and caring workplace for all employees. They value diversity. The work hours for Instructors are very flexible and there are part-time options as well as full-time.

Instructors must have a Masters degree but the pay is lower than one would get working in field.
